The Readymades were one of the most influential West Coast late '70 Punk/New Wave bands. Leader Jonathan Postal was a member of the influential SF punk band The Avengers and was a professional photographer. They performed on stages opening for numerous bands including Blondie, Patti Smith, The Stranglers, The Police, Talking Heads, Roxy Music and Devo in various legendary California venues
